Delivery Options
DHL Express Delivery 1-2 days £7.00 (inc VAT) – Orders are dispatched with DHL on a next day service. Most orders are delivered next day, but this cannot be guaranteed. orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday and 11am Friday are dispatched same day. The 1-2 days delivery time stated is the delivery time after dispatch and not from time of order.
Standard Delivery 3-4 Days £5.00 (Inc VAT) – Orders will be dispatched by either Royal Mai or DHL depending on the items and quantities ordered. You cannot choose which company your order is delivered with.
Free express delivery – Orders over £60.00 (inc VAT) will be sent on the DHL Express Delivery option, see details above. (Please make sure you choose the free delivery option at checkout if your cart is over £60.00 (inc VAT) we are not responsible if you choose one of the paid options)
Delivery notification
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. This email will have information on how to change your delivery to suite your needs and what options you have, the options available will depend on the carrier your order has been dispatched with.
Delivery times
A delivery timeframe is stated on the delivery option chosen at checkout, we will endeavour to deliver all items that are in stock within the timeframe, however sometimes circumstances out with our control may delay delivery. In the extremely rare case that your order is partially fulfilled we may hold the full order until all products are in stock. If delivery is going to be longer than the stated timeframe due to this, we will inform you by email.
All goods will need to be received by someone and a picture will be taken. By receiving you accept the condition of the goods, if you find any goods are defective you will need to inform us within 48 hours by emailing contact@janitorial365.co.uk
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Using the Website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future. The term ‘Janitorial365’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is, 3 George Square, Castle Brae, Dunfermline KY11 8QF. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Returning/exchanging an item
Returns must be authorised in advance by emailing contact@janitorial365.co.uk together with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will respond within 2 hours during our normal business hours with instructions on how to return the goods. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the order being delivered. Return requests after 30 days will not be authorised except in exceptional circumstances.
For non-faulty and correctly supplied goods carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Package the items securely together with the original packing materials.
It is the customers responsibility to insure the package for return. We cannot be held responsible for items that are shipped back to us, until we have signed for them on receipt.
All goods must be in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging. When we have received the returned goods the full price of the goods will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and no later than 5 days of receipt of your goods
Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel prior to dispatch you will need to telephone with your name address and order number. The order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued as soon as possible and no later than 5 days of cancellation. If the product has already been dispatched you must follow the above returns procedure once the goods have been delivered.
Delivery Charge upon Cancellation
If your order has been dispatched you are responsible for the price of delivery and we will only refund delivery prices in exceptional circumstances or if the goods are defective.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your contract in any one of the following instances;
• We have insufficient stock to send your goods and no suitable replacement can be found
• We do not deliver to your area
• One or more items requested by you were listed with an incorrect price or description.
If we cancel your goods for any of the reasons listed above you will be notified by email and a full refund will be credited to your account as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after we have notified you of the cancelled order. We are not obliged to offer any compensation where we have to cancel your order for any of the reasons set out above.
Defective Goods
We must be informed within 48 hours of delivery if any goods are defective by calling or emailing contact@janitorial365.co.uk. We will arrange for one of our delivery partners to collect the goods from you. If goods are found to be defective we will issue a replacement or refund and inform you by email. If goods are found not to be defective we will inform you by email, you will be responsible for paying carriage to have the good re-delivered.
Delivery Shortages
If there are any shortages of in stock items in your delivery you must inform us by email contact@janitorial365.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate any shortages with our delivery partners and keep you updated via email.
