How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Thursday and 11:00am Friday are dispatched same day. Delivery is typically within 1-3 days.

What is your returns policy?

We have a simple returns procedure, just contact us using the details on the contact us page with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return and one our team will explain the procedure. You can get more details on our orders & returns page.

Do I qualify for free delivery?

Orders placed for delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) that are over £60.00 incl vat will automatically qualify for free delivery at check out, you don’t need to do anything!

What are your delivery charges?

Orders below £60.00 incl vat to UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) have a £5.99 incl VAT delivery charge. Delivery charges vary for highlands and islands and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

What courier do you use?

We use DHL for all deliveries.

Do you offer click and collect?

We do not currently offer a click and collect service however all of our orders are dispatched quickly via DHL.

Do your online prices include VAT?

All of our prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. The VAT amount will be shown at checkout before payment is made.

Can I talk to somebody?

Yes! All our contact details are available on our contact us page. Our team are happy to help with any enquiries you have by phone or email.

Why have only I received part of my delivery?

All orders are dispatched complete and should be delivered complete however during exceptionally busy times our carrier may split consignments into two separate deliveries, 99% of split deliveries are made the following day but you can contact us where one of our team will be happy to confirm this is the case.

How can I check stock availability?

Our stock levels are shown on each product page, this is updated at Midnight every day. For low stock items you can contact us and we will be happy to confirm if stock is available.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders that have not been collected by the carrier can be cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders that have been collected by the carrier cannot be cancelled and will have to be returned in line with our orders & returns policy.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple and Android pay (mobile only). At checkout you will be transferred to our payment processor Stripe for secure payment. Janitorial 365 do not hold any payment details. unfortunately, we cannot accept payment over the phone.

Do I have to register an account with janitorial 365 to place an order?

No! you can check out without creating an account but we recommend you create an account for easier order tracking and to view your order history. Creating an account will also make checkout faster in the future as you details will be saved.

Do you deliver outside of the U.K?

We do not current deliver outside the UK.
